Book 1:1 Packages with Rosie


I met Rosie Cardale when my SI joint was really acting up and made it difficult for me to walk. Rosie showed me good stretches and exercises that would strengthen the muscles. I did the stretches and exercises for 6 weeks and I can say that I successfully completed a hike I wanted to do with no pain. 

I have attended all of Rosie's Pilates sessions since the beginning of the first lock down. I enjoy them immensely for their clear instructions and the individual guidance given. I would recommend them for anyone looking to maintain or improve their core stability and their flexibility. Thank-you so much Rosie.

I ran my first 10k run yesterday after seeing you a couple of months ago. Absolutely zero pelvic floor issues! So just a huge thank you again for all your help and allowing me to feel normal again and do something I love!
