Initial Assessment

The Women’s Health Initial Assessment is designed to help you seek help with any specific women’s health concern you might have.

Mummy MOT

A Mummy MOT is a specialised postnatal assessment for women following both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. It evaluates the recovery of your posture, pelvic floor muscles, and diastasis (abdominal muscles) after childbirth. If any areas are not recovering as expected, I can offer you a tailored exercise plan and treatment to support your recovery and ensure a safe return to physical activity.

Pregnancy MOT

The Pregnancy MOT is a bespoke women’s health assessment designed for those progressing through pregnancy, starting from your 12-week scan. It addresses a range of pregnancy-related concerns, including pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor support, and lower back pain.

Pessary

Rosie is trained to fit Pessaries for women experiencing symptoms of prolapse.

Menopause

The Menopause MOT is a thorough pelvic health assessment designed for women who are perimenopausal or postmenopausal, typically from their early 40s onwards.
