Pregnancy, birth and beyond
This service is designed to be used from 12 weeks onwards in your pregnancy.
You will have access to two, 1 hour 1:1 virtual sessions with Rosie at any stage in your pregnancy to help you with feeling confident with this new journey that is ahead of you.
You will leave these sessions with:
Being confident in building or maintaining strength
Understanding how to correctly do your pelvic floor exercises
Understanding diastasis and how to manage
Learn about how to do perineal massage
Knowledge on how to prepare for birth specific
Testing different birth positions
Understanding what your early postnatal recovery will look like
You will leave these sessions feeling empowered, knowledgeable and with a clear plan in place for your next few months. Any questions you have about strength and training in pregnancy, the pelvic floor, birth prep and early recovery will be answered and a tailored plan will be developed just for you and your needs.
