1:1 Pregnancy Pilates

Treat yourself to a package of 1:1 Pilates sessions via zoom during your pregnancy. We will work safely with any pregnancy related aches and pains and create a plan of exercise to strength and address these. We will encourage a good awareness of your core and ensure your movements are right for you and your body and pregnancy safe. 

 

You can purchase a block of 8 sessions for the price of 6 at £300. This payment can be made as a one-off payment or split into 3 monthly instalments. You can book as many sessions per week as you want.
