Everyone Says You're Doing Great.
.So Why Don't You Feel Confident?
Stop Second-Guessing Every Prolapse Progression and Return-to-Sport Decision
6-month clinical mentorship for women's health coaches and physios who work alone with complex pelvic health cases and need expert backup, not another course.
Led by an experienced women’s health physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health and athletic women.
On the outside, people tell you you’re amazing.
On the inside, you’re quietly questioning yourself.
You’re seeing women with prolapse, diastasis, postnatal symptoms and return-to-sport goals and you’re making decisions that feel heavy.

Am I progressing her too fast?
Should I be referring this on?
Is this actually safe or just what the course suggested?

You don’t have a senior clinician down the corridor.
You don’t have someone to sense-check complex cases with.
And even though you’re doing a great job, it still feels like you’re holding too much alone.

You might have done the weekend courses.
You might have spent your CPD budget on training.

But when you’re sitting with a real woman in front of you, the uncertainty is still there.

You don’t need more theory.
You need someone who can help you think through your cases.
What This Mentorship Exists to Do
This mentorship exists to support better clinical decision-making in women’s health.
It gives you a safe, structured space to bring real client cases, talk them through with an experienced pelvic health physio, and replace second-guessing with clear frameworks.

This is clinical first. Any business growth is a natural result of becoming more confident, decisive and grounded in your work, not the primary focus.
Why This Is Different
Courses give you information.
This mentorship supports clinical decision-making.
You’ll work through real client cases with ongoing 1:1 support, develop clarity around progression, boundaries, and referrals, and build confidence in your judgement - especially when working alone.

It’s not about collecting content.
It’s about becoming decisive, grounded, and clinically confident.

Laura, Women's Health Coach, London
Thanks so much, I found Dr Morgan's Menopause webinar so informative - loads of it I didn’t know and will find it useful knowledge in my training for sure.
Annie, Women's health osteopath
I just wanted to message to say I just had a women's health client and managed to keep the appointment time down to 1hr 15mins!! Even with a fussing baby in the room with us. This was due to a combination of your case history advice as well as taking everything on board we discussed in the sessions and finally feeling confident my knowledge is there.
Ruth, Pelvic health physio
This mentorship programme has been so worth the investment. It has given me loads more confidence with my assessment skills and helping the women I work with - the improvements they are making is great to see as a result - Thank you

FAQ's
Can I pay in instalments? Yes. You can choose to pay in 3 monthly instalments of £165. The first payment secures your place, with the remaining two taken automatically each month.
What if I can’t make a scheduled call? Calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to keep sessions running smoothly for everyone. Calls cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled.
I only completed a weekend course , am I experienced enough? If you’re already seeing 15–20+ women’s health clients per week and regularly making clinical decisions around pelvic health, return-to-sport, or pregnancy/postnatal cases, then yes, this mentorship is likely a good fit. If you’re not yet treating clients regularly, this mentorship may feel too advanced at this stage.
I’m a senior physio - is this too basic? This is clinical depth, not entry-level theory. If you work independently and want expert case discussion, second-opinions, and support with complex pelvic health decisions, this mentorship will serve you well. If you already have access to regular senior supervision for these cases, you may not need this level of support.
What’s the difference between this and a course? Courses give you content. This mentorship gives you context, application, and personalised clinical support. You’ll receive: Live case review Ongoing guidance Practical frameworks tailored to your practice and your clients
Do I get lifetime access to the webinar recordings? No. Webinar recordings are available for the duration of your 6-month mentorship. This is intentional - it keeps the content focused and encourages active engagement while you’re in the programme.
When can I start? This mentorship runs in cohorts with a set start date. Once you’re accepted, you’ll be invited to the next available cohort and given full details ahead of time. Places are limited to ensure personalised support.
How do I know if a space is available? The best way is to apply or book a discovery call. You’ll be told current availability and, if needed, your expected start timeframe.
What happens after I apply? Once you apply, you’ll be asked to complete a short application form. From there, you’ll be guided through the next steps and contacted to confirm whether the mentorship is the right fit for you.
What topics are covered in the webinars? Webinars cover a range of clinically relevant women’s health topics, including: Pelvic floor dysfunction Diastasis recti Prolapse (foundations) Menopause (with Dr Sam Morgan) Hypopressives (with Lucy Warwick) Training in pregnancy (with Jenna Topham) Planned additions include: Endometriosis Early postnatal rehabilitation Pessaries Topics may evolve over time to reflect clinical need and current best practice.
